In December 2022, Honor introduced the Honor Pad V8 Pro tablet with the Dimensity 8100 chipset. Now, the Chinese manufacturer has unveiled the Honor Pad V8 as its vanilla version. Here are the features, price, and specifications of the new Honor tablet.
Honor Pad V8 characteristics and specifications
11-inch LCD display with a 2.5K resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels and 120Hz refresh rate. The tablet is powered by the Dimensity 8020 processor, which is essentially a renamed version of the existing Dimensity 1100. The first tablet to incorporate the D8020 chip is the Pad V8.
The Honor Pad V8 includes a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. It has a 13-megapixel primary camera, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and an LED light on its rear camera module. Additionally, the tablet features four speakers.
The Honor Pad V8 features an enormous 7,250mAh battery with 22.5W charging support. Only Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity are supported. The Pad V8 has a thin and lightweight design, measuring 7.35mm in thickness and weighing 485 grams.
The device features the same specifications as the Honor Tab V7 Pro, which was introduced in August 2021, despite its new name and processor.

In China, the Honor Pad V8 is now available in two variants. The base model with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage costs 1,799 Yuan ($260). The premium edition with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage is priced at 1,899 Yuan ($275).
