Prime Matter has confirmed the postponement of its recreation of System Shock till May 30. Initially, the developer intended to release the game by the end of March, however the firm was unable to meet this deadline.

System Shock by Prime Matter is a recreation of the 1994 original that blends the gameplay of the cult classic with contemporary HD graphics, improved controls, and several other enhancements.
System Shock will be remade in 2023 with new opponents, a reworked hacking mechanism, and more visceral combat choices. Many enhancements to the game’s quality of life will make it more appealing to contemporary consumers.
